Fellowship
On Sundays
We enjoy getting together for Coffee Hour or Lemonade on the Lawn on Sundays after worship. We remain outside for fellowship until the weather gets too cold and then move inside for the winter. Please join us for snacks, catching up, and a little extra time for kids to run and play.
Festive & Fun Events
Each year we hold a Pancake Supper on Shrove Tuesday, which is the night before Ash Wednesday. We enjoy pancakes, sausage, hominy, and a spectacular sundae bar! Celebrate Mardi Gras with us during dinner beginning at 6pm, and then join us for an Ash Wednesday Prayer Service in the church immediately following.
It is our tradition to hold an Annual Valentine’s Day Concert with the option to dress up if you wish. Occasionally the concert has been adapted due to conflicts. One year during Covid we rescheduled for a St. Patrick’s Day Concert. In 2024 when Valentine’s Day falls on Ash Wednesday, we will hold a Leap Day Concert on February 29th. Unless there is something unavoidable, we look forward to seeing each other every year on February 14th!
On Tuesday of Thanksgiving week we hold our annual Prayer & Pie event. We join in Thanksgiving prayers in the church at 7pm including readings, hymns, and choir anthems. By 7:30pm we move to the parish hall for pie and ice cream. This is a wonderful way to give thanks together before the holiday week gets too busy.
There are many other fellowship gatherings throughout the year. We hold movie nights, game nights, special events and outings, and more. Watch the parish calendar for events!
